DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and implement all marketing efforts by utilizing vendors and in-house staff
• Strategize the best use of resources to meet marketing goals
• Collaborate with CEO and Director on marketing strategies
• Brand Manager
• Audit and manage online listings
• Analyze marketing ROI using KPI’s
• Work with vendors to manage and coordinate all digital marketing, including company website, SEO, etc.
• Content creation for the website and social media pages
• Design & graphics for promotional items, ads, and commercials
• Manage and form relationships with vendors
• Manage Budget spending and invoicing
• Coordinate and plan company events
• Manage company advertising in all markets and hold vendors accountable
• Market research and recommendations
• Manage our Coats for Kids Giveaway and other philanthropic efforts in our communities

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 3+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Proven effectiveness in employing digital communications and social media; able to develop communication plans that fully leverage new technologies.
• Strong Leadership
• Positive attitude and self-starter
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet all deadlines
• Creative
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills
• Punctual and Reliable
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive salary, depending on experience & qualifications
• Benefits package, including vacation (PTO), paid holidays, health insurance, vision, dental, retirement plan contribution matching
• Training & growth opportunities

HOURS:

• 40+ hours per week average, occasionally weekends or evenings for special events
• Monday – Friday 8-5
