Help Desk Manager

Cetrom is looking to expand its team and is seeking a Help Desk Manager.
The role of the Help Desk Manager is to help drive operational excellence across our technical department. The ability to adapt, think on your feet and exercise extreme attention to detail are essential qualities in this position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience working at an IT company. Ideal applicants must meet all of the below requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Our team is 100% virtual, even outside of COVID-19. We would only need to meet in person to exchange equipment but masks would be required.
