Nonprofit healthcare clinic seeks a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records including those for federal grants and contracts, payroll and benefits management, medical records, and fee for service billing. Work closely with our Executive Director to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirement compliance, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience using QuickBooks and Excel, a good understanding of accounting principles, and is self-directed. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our nonprofit and coordinate our annual federal financial audit.
