In this Finance Analyst II role, you will:

Support our Louisiana Healthcare Connection health plan.

Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports used to track financial performance or comply with State contract requirements

Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management
-
Collaborate with various functions and leadership roles on strategies to maximize financial performance
-
Support the development and tracking of KPIs that influence the budgetary process
-
Seek process improvement opportunities, process automation and/or process redesign and influence successful implementation

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of financial or data analysis experience.

Healthcare / Medicare / Hospital industry experience is highly desired.
