PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for all recruiting functions within the organization. Will use consulting skills to effectively work with hiring leadership to build an effective recruiting plan identifying sourcing strategies and selection processes for a wide variety of positions. This role serves as a positive ambassador for the company in both active and passive candidates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
More specifically, the role will:
Establish and drive recruitment strategy to proactively build talent pipeline
Meets with company leaders to understand staffing objectives
Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields
Effectively utilizes a variety of sourcing strategies and technologies to identify and contact qualified candidates
Maintains accurate and complete records for all recruiting, interviewing, and hiring activities.
Oversee job boards and social media recruiting efforts.
Measure and report metrics monthly
Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
Updates job descriptions for open roles to ensure efforts are focused on the job needs
Assist with HR projects and other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
5+ years of recruiting experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to interact with all levels of leadership, including verbal, written and interpersonal.
A self-starter who can work within a team as well as independently, with or without supervision.
Must have a high degree of professionalism, energy, and flexibility.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to learn required systems.
