Position Description: Manage high-volume accounts payable invoices and data-entry Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding in company’s ERP system. Process rental, utility, overhead, and other non-job-related invoices and troubleshoot problem invoices Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements Generate reports detailing accounts payables status Understand expense accounts and cost centers Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.) Collaborate with vendors, project managers, and accounting team to resolve any issues or concerns Position Requirements: Good professional judgment, ability to manage priorities and workflow.
