The purpose of this position is to provide Maintenance Provisioning and Program Management support to the CBRE Electrical Vehicle Program by managing and administering a fleet of electrical vehicles that will ensure a sustainable and beneficial environment for CBRE. The successful candidate will regularly meet with Alliance Directors and Sector Directors to identify Accounts and routes that can be replaced with electric vehicles and obtain approvals to implement the Electrical Vehicle Program within CBRE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads low to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process. Facilitates the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensures all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated. Responsible for program is competition.
As part of the Provisioning Team, this role will support vehicles, telematics, tools and uniforms for AMS including GWS and LFM/PM.
Will be performing data mining and analysis, strategic planning and influential presenting of this information through PowerPoint presentations.
Responsible for meeting regularly with Alliance Directors and Sector Directors to identify accounts and routes that can be replaced with electric vehicles and obtain approvals to implement EVs within CBRE.
Responsible for meeting sustainability goals for EV mobilization and manage reporting that will ultimately be used for Corporate Green Responsibility Reports.
Responsible for working with Fleet Management partners to procure and finance or lease vehicles.
Working with multiple vendor partners to scope, quote and manage EV charger installations in various locations including CBRE locations, Client locations and employee homes.
Responsible for training CBRE individual drivers and other CBRE groups on EV charging and EV operation.
Responsible for managing budgets and expenses for operational and capital projects and assist Accounts with expense budgeting and reimbursement, to include driver residential EV charger electricity reimbursement.
Will be managing and administration low-level fleet including vehicle assignments, moves, registration documentation and other administrative duties as needed to support Maintenance Provisioning functions including non-vehicle items.
Facilitates regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and leads project team through implementation and completion.
Manages internal and external relationships in support of program. May contract and manage vendors. May provide consultation on complex low to medium scale projects that integrate into an organized program.
Creates, maintains & distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
May manage/oversee a team who are responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. Serves as the primary client contact and escalation point for any staffing, bandwidth or delivery issues.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university or four years of relevant experience plus an Associate’s Degree in lieu of Bachelors degree
Minimum four years of experience in a fleet administration role, a program management role related to EV programs, or a combination of Data Analytics, Six sigma experience (white, green, black belt) or a combination of any of these skills.
Must have at least a minimum of two years of experience performing low-level fleet administration including vehicle assignments, moves, registration documentation and other administrative duties as needed to support Maintenance Provisioning functions including non-vehicle items.
Experience in an influential and direct leadership role, and able to work with multiple support teams including Procurement, Legal, Finance, Tax and Payroll.
Experience managing Microsoft Team sites or pages
