Manage day to day property tax processes for bidding/proposals, job setup, delivery, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. These processes includes appeals, due diligence, proposals, invoicing, collections, etc.
* Through constant coordination, oversight and communication, help to ensure:* .
Values and appeal deadlines are accurately and completing updated in Appeal Track,* .Timely delivery of appeal forms to government authority,* .Recordation of hearings and decisions in Appeal Track,* .
Updating of Appeal Track related to hearings times,* .Completion of letter of authorizations and agency authorization forms, etc.* .Assist in the development and preparation of client reports, etc.* .
Perform and facilitate audits of the Appeal Track system and relevant invoicing in VIEW* .Coordinate with other internal leaders on processes and procedure related to issues affecting the Property Tax Division (ie, billing, AP, AR)* Assists in managing the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Assists in developing and maintaining work procedures and prepares work schedules.
Trains and instructs employees in job duties and company policies or arranges for training to be provided. Resolves clients complaints and answers questions regarding policies and procedures. Interprets and communicates direction & goals – shares vision of departmental goals with management; sets achievable goals that are linked to the objectives of the client, department and/or organization.
Other duties may be assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES* Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.
Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company’s values QUALIFICATIONS* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis REASONING ABILITY* Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
