Our company has grown to include 3 divisions : John Deere ag, material handling and power sports across 10 states. This position is located in Sioux Falls, SD at our Field Support Office.

The Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for support of delivery of daily marketing objectives, coop processing and coordination, assisting in events, advertising management, specials projects, and various duties within the department.

Essential Duties :

• Gather information to provide exceptional reporting that optimizes workflow and project opportunities and demands
• Work with cooping processing and maximizing opportunities
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and participation of events
• Responsible for coordination and management of promotional / apparel items
• Management of media buy opportunities in certain sectors
• Partner with graphic designer to create content or creative for various projects
• Participate in special projects and duties as needed
• Present content ideas and deliverables to maximize marketing opportunities
• Proactively collaborate with a variety of groups including marketing team, store locations, sales, precision ag and aftermarket on various marketing objectives
• Maximize opportunities for coop advertising, display marketing, content writing, design to showcase and deliver ROI through various approaches
• Flexibility to accommodate demanding projects schedules and competing priorities
• Willingness to assist and be a teammate where needed in a multi-faceted marketing department
• Based in Sioux Falls, SD
• 3+ years’ experience in the marketing field
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must have organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated, process driven, team orientated
• College or technical school degree preferred
• A positive and upbeat attitude
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example – sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
