This is an exciting new role. The Sales Recruiter will own the strategic planning and execution of our recruitment program to align with our growth strategy. The person in this role will be an integral partner to the sales division, while also serving the entire organization.
Simply stated, this role has two responsibilities: to provide an exceptional candidate experience and to provide an exceptional hiring manager experience.
The Sales Recruiter is responsible for providing hands-on leadership and guidance on the talent acquisition processes to hire our future producers and leaders of this organization, being a strategic partner to hiring leaders. It leads our full-cycle recruitment activities up to on-boarding. The person in this role will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement, leading key recruitment projects, and will have a strong level of involvement across multiple functions within Catholic United Financial.
This role will report to the Director of HR with a dotted line responsibility to the Director of Sales and offers a hybrid remote option for up to two days a week working remotely, if needed.
Requirements:
Owns external and internal recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers & business leaders
Identifies and sources appropriate talent for current openings within the organization.
Focuses on providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by ensuring appropriate follow up & professional communication with candidates at all levels in the process while building a pipeline of potential talent.
Develops sourcing relationships and candidate relationships to create short-term and long-term talent pipelines.
Proactively seeks and executes creative sourcing strategies.
Supports and coordinates the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, assessments.
Advises potential candidates on growth opportunities, benefits, compensation programs and CUF culture contributions.
Provides recruitment guidance and direction to hiring managers and executive management leveraging data driven decisions.
Provides positive hiring manager experience with regular and timely hiring manager updates.
Maximizes social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical & creative means to source candidates for open jobs, partnering with internal marketing resources as needed.
Provides input and manages a recruitment budget.
Uses applicant tracking system (Paylocity) and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to onboarding
Supports relationships with limited third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms as needed.
Provides leadership, training & expertise around the talent acquisition process.
Supports the Catholic United employment brand, diversity initiatives, and other programs

What we need from you:
2 – 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience
Experience filing sales roles (100% commission), and other entry-level to executive-level positions
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and ability to leverage technology for recruitment.
Work collaboratively with HR, hiring managers & business leaders
An eye and a discipline for talent
Work in ambiguous, new situations, assessing, researching, analyzing, and developing solutions; using a wide degree of creativity and latitude
Proactively engage, respond, and execute your work and a strong work ethic
Work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with high-level leaders
Process and detail-oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to travel up to 20% at times
What we would really like to see from you:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline
Proven success in hiring Sales Leaders and high performing insurance Sales Professionals
Experience working with Paylocity
