Answer the phone using the correct answering phrase, taking orders, resolving customer questions, and delegating calls to designated person.
Be able to use money transfers on all platforms available. Always following protocol for money transfers (Verifying valid ID, client signature on all documents needed).
Know how to make cancelations or corrections on all money transfers.
Take an initiative within the store, presentation and with the customer service
Support others with the activities that you have learned and have become proficient in. Organize the team if they seem disoriented on task.
Review all registers to make sure that they have enough change.
