The Director of Finance will be responsible for the management of Revenue through various streams. They will also ensure accurate financial records and provide on-site financial support to the site General Managers, Operational leaders, and the VP of Finance. The Role + Management of multiple Revenue streams, including customer contract review, and coordination with Director of Accounting for ASC 606 compliance analyses. + Key Business Partner that provides advice, analysis, and strategy for Value Stream operations and Revenue Streams. Building strong relationships with the Business Development and Commercial Operations team to create a strategy driven environment and provide effective support. + Develop and lead target setting processes that create roadmaps to achieve plan/forecast according to the needs of the business. + Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly material for Site and Executive Leadership. Prepare, analyze, and summarize monthly financials and key performance indicators reports for leadership. + Leading key processes with financial control staff to ensure consistent financial data reporting, processes, and results. + Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once will be required as will a high level of flexibility with a high-level commitment to success. + Driving positive change management and process improvements within the accounting and finance function Maintain the effectiveness of the financial controls for corporate governance and SOX compliance. + Find efficiencies in our processes and continuous improvement. + Site readiness for successful internal and external audits is required. + Safeguard business assets through internal control and physical counts and ensure proper insurance coverage. Interact with Catalent matrix functions on all finance related matters for the facility. + Keep the GM, BU President, and BU VP of Finance informed of the business performance and provide advice on all financial matters. + Develop and present to the GM, BU President, & BU VP of Finance matters requiring his or her decision. The Candidate + Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, required + CPA + Public experience required + 10-15 years progressive experience in the Finance/Accounting field + Demonstrated leadership experience. 5-10 years supervisory experience or equivalent cross functional project leadership. + Experience with financial system implementation & restructuring processes .
