Carolina Hearts Home Care ❤ is seeking a professional, courteous, outgoing individual with lots of initiative to join our team as the Human Resources and Main Office Manager. Candidates must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate for this job has an upbeat, positive attitude and exhibits a high level of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with patients, staff, community organizations, and physicians.
Individual must possess the ability to multi-task, maintain complex schedules, and manage employee and client needs in a timely manner. Needs to be neat in appearance and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, while maintaining the confidentiality of both client and employee information. Should be able to develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Human Resources-Office Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in the following HR functional areas: hiring, terminations, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding and orientation, policy development and implementation, recruitment, retention, employee file management and audits, and employment law compliance. This position currently has 3 direct staff reports as well as general oversight of the field staff on a daily basis.
Education
Experience * At least 3 years of Human Resource Management Experience
