About the Role:
Our diverse team based in Schaumburg, IL is looking to remotely add a proactive and motivated individual who will identify and place clinicians in staffing assignments. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals with experience in staffing and recruiting. This role offers advancement opportunities to mid-level and senior recruiter roles, corporate positions, or leadership! Ready to earn uncapped commission? Join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to bring on high-quality clinicians and place them in staffing assignments
- Promote CSU’s services and yourself to potential clinicians
- Manage the hiring process for clinicians through sourcing, interviewing, offering and negotiating, credentialing, and onboarding
- Utilize sourcing methods such as cold-calling, applicant tracking system, referrals, and searching job boards and resume databases
- Present qualified clinicians to clients while maintaining positive relationships
- Provide unparalleled customer service and supervision to clinicians to ensure all assignments are running smoothly
- 0% travel required

Who You Are:
You may be a good fit for this role if…
- You currently live in Central Standard Time (CST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST) of the United States (required: due to local office hours, we are only considering remote applicants in these time zones)
- You have 1-2 years of healthcare recruiting or staffing experience (required)
- You’re skilled in sales, recruiting, staffing, talent sourcing, cold calling, relationship building, outside sales, or lead generation
- You have a go-getter attitude and are ready for a fast-paced work environment

- This position has a starting base of up to $55,000 annually based on your experience with the opportunity for monthly commissions to earn a target compensation of $75,000.
