WE WANT TO HIRE YOUCapital Heating & Cooling is looking for 8 dependable, outgoing and goal-orientated individuals to work at 1 of 8 Home Depot stores in Milwaukee to educate customers on our services, and connect those in need of our services with our office by submitting their contact information.

Holt Ave.
, Franklin, West Allis, & North Shore (Port Washington Ave.
)Well provide all the on-the-job training youll need to confidently generate leads no prior HVAC knowledge is necessary.

Job Responsibilities initiate conversations with customers with the goal to identify their HVAC and/or indoor air quality needs distribute coupons, educate customers on special offers set/up take down special events (spin the wheel, table, collaterals, etc.
) work as a team with HD staff to generate HVAC leads Job requirements High School diploma or equivalent 2 year sales or related experience Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to lift and transit up to 25 pounds at times.
Candidates for this position are required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
