Supply Chain Finance Manager

The Supply Chain Finance Manager role will report to the Corporate Controller. The key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day plant finance and accounting operations including budget-to-actual analysis, supporting month-end close, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
- Develop, maintain, analyze, and report plant financials and key performance indicators
- Develop annual plant financial operating plan
- Lead on all cost accounting activities including design and maintenance of standard costs
- Collaborate with plant operations teams to develop, monitor, and maintain effective internal controls
- Responsible for planning, oversight, and reconciliation of periodic facility physical inventory counts
- Manage budget, tracking and reporting for all plant capital expenditures
- Support audit and other third-party inquiries; primary liaison with auditors on all inventory and COGS matters
- Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6-10 years of accounting/financial analysis including strong plant/manufacturing experience
- Must be willing to submit a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Must be eligible to work in the US
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
- Extensive experience applying cost accounting concepts
- Excellent technological skills including a thorough understanding of ERP transactions and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently, lead cross-functionally, and collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to plan and effectively problem-solve
- Act ethically and in a professional manner at all times
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
- Ability to operate a computer and other office technology
- Ability to observe details at close range
- Must be able to work out of the office during regular business hours
- Must be able to relay accurate information via multiple communication vehicles including verbal and written mechanisms
- Occasionally Ascend/descend stairs
