Camino Search is thrilled to be partnering with a leading PE-backed tech services organisation.
This is a highly strategic, global position with an organisation that has trippled in size since PE investment. This is a critical position to lead a global team, supporting the CEO/Founder to lead on driving controls and process improvements across accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Finance and Accounting functions
• In partnership with the CEO, manage the P & L, oversee attainment of all key financial and operational KPI’s, including margin management targets
• Utilize data and analytics to ensure sound financial decisions are made. Must be able to establish key performance metrics important to evaluate success. Provide effective insights
• Act as a leader, provide objective data and facilitate discussions on how to achieve financial goals
• Improve the quality of month-end reporting and Board Presentation materials.
• Elevate the value of the Finance and Accounting functions across the organization
• Partner with the Chief Business Officer to improve utilization companywide and instill best practices
• Ensure appropriate financial controls, systems and processes are in place across the organization.
Develop new or improve existing dashboards and introduce other tools to improve performance.
• Lead an annual, bottoms-up operating and capital budgeting process across the Company
• Prioritize Post-Integration synergies/activities
• Foster a high performing Accounting and Finance team in India
Requirements:
- Ideally East Coast-based
- Expereince working in businesses ranging from $100 million+ in revenue
- Proven experience in a professional/tech services environment as a CFO ideally
- Able to manage global teams and enhance processes, controls and engagement
- Experience working under private equity
