Job Description
Our rapidly growing accounting practice is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to prepare income tax returns and provide accounting advice for individuals and small businesses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Tax Preparation of forms 1040 and/or 1120S, 1065, 1120
- Income Tax Planning
- QuickBooks cleanup and journal entries
- Tax and accounting research
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of professional tax preparation experience
- Experience with Drake tax software
- Previous experience reviewing other tax preparers’ work
- Advanced QuickBooks skills such as QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Bookkeeping or payroll processing experience
A PTIN may be required for this position

This position is available as either full-time or part-time.
This is NOT an entry-level position and tax preparation experience is required.
