Pre-Engagement Support
· Analyze prospects’ business and technical requirements and developing solutions that meet those needs
· Work with engineering team to customize offerings for customers
· Demonstrate product knowledge and service to customers and explain how the proposed product or solution meets customers’ needs
· Prepare a statement of requirements that enabled other members of the team to prepare proposals and estimates
Post-Engagement Support
· Effectively communicate the expectations/commitments of the sales agreement to the service and project delivery team
· Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure client objectives and timelines are met
· Consult with customers to obtain feedback on product and service performance and organize any necessary modifications
· Serve as an intermediary supporting issue resolution that may include services or billing
· Conduct Annual Business Review meetings with customers to plan the next twelve to eighteen months of IT projects, discuss any ongoing issues, and provide status reports to the other team members on the account
· Analyze customers’ support requirements and identify areas where the company can offer improved service or offer improved services/value to client
· Assist clients with 1–3-year budget forecasting
· Act as vCIO on behalf of clients
· Demonstrate product knowledge and service to customers and explain how the proposed product or solution meets customers’ needs
· Any additional tasks as needed and directed by management
