We are Built Mighty, a fully remote ecommerce web development company based in the US. We help mid to large sized businesses with their digital commerce experience. While we are primarily a development company, we focus on hiring people who need a more unconventional schedule.

We need another great Technical Project/Account Manager with WordPress experience to join us. We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about creating solutions that work for their clients. Our account managers act as the primary point of contact for their clients. They build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to create solutions which best fit the individual needs of the client.

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Account or Project Manager for a Digital Agency
• Experience with WooCommerce a significant plus
• This is a remote position, but candidates need to be based in the US
• A desire or need to have a flexible or unconventional schedule working 25-35ish hours a week.
• High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
• Passionate about people and how they function together to create a valuable organization
