DAY-TO-DAY
This position is full-time and typically works between the hours of 8:30 AM – 11:00 PM.
As our Burger Restaurant Manager, you are vital to our success as you manage our food service establishment. You handle all aspects of hiring, including looking through applications, following up with applicants, interviewing, and onboarding. When new employees are hired, you oversee their training. You also work with existing employees to create a training plan so that they can gain new skills and increase their eligibility for promotion.
You also handle a variety of administrative tasks. You manage labor, ensuring that the ideal number of employees are on shift without going over our allotted labor hours. As you make a new schedule, you make sure to put each employee on it according to their availability. Attentive to detail, you manage our inventory and food costs, carefully following our budget. You love working alongside our excellent team and take pride in running a successful restaurant!
