Job Description
Your Team
Reporting to the Manager, Accounting, the Accountant is responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and communication of day-to-day operational accounting and analysis of accounts for the responsible division. The scope of the responsibilities includes preparation of journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, analysis and communication of variances and fluctuations and collaborating with members of other support teams to provide value to the business unit.

Communicating with Customers on ad hoc requests
Review legal agreements and determine and document accounting impact (agreements pertaining to joint venture / LLC, construction loan, development fee , development agreement with government agencies)
Assist in entering transactions into PM Web: Miscellaneous Invoices, Progress Invoices, Commitments and Budgets
Participate in Meetings between accounting, development, design and construction teams to receive updates on project milestones.
