About the Position
The Director of Finance and Administration plays a critical role, working with the senior leadership team as a strategic thought partner in managing BRAC USA and guiding the organization’s financial operations. The Director leads an internal team supporting the overall financial management of the organization, office administration, and technology. The Director works across the global organization with other finance leaders in BRAC country operations in Bangladesh, the Netherlands, Uganda, etc.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a finance and operations leader who can leverage and strengthen the capacity of a well-respected, high-impact organization.
