Role Synopsis
The Finance ERP Transformation Change Senior Manager will report to the VP Finance SAP ERP Transformation and will work closely with the Program Manager, Data, Process and GBS Leads in support of efforts that will ensure the ERP Transformation is effectively executed across the globe and that the benefits are realized.
This role is part of Global Business Services (GBS), Finance ERP Transformation Team, a team whose objectives underpin the overall Finance vision of creating and protecting value through innovation, insight and stewardship. The team’s objectives are to lead the efforts to establish a single global ERP Financial template that will incorporate standardized global processes, a common data taxonomy and simplify our ERP landscape. This includes partnering with I&E and global and business stakeholders to also manage interdependent processes and tools for an agile, consistent, and collaborative execution of change.

Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, or equivalent experience.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for value creation through mergers and acquisition-led deals, commercial negotiations and integration of business opportunities.
Transformation – driving digital transformation (centralising, digitising, optimising) across all elements of the finance entity to achieve sector-leading cost-performance.
If you are selected for a position in the United States, your employment will be contingent upon submission to and successful completion of a post-offer/pre-placement drug test(and alcohol screening/medical examination if required by the role) as well as pre-placement verification of the information and qualifications provided during the selection process. The drug screen requires a hair test for which BP must be able to obtain a sufficient hair sample for analysis (~4 cm/1 ½” scalp, or > 2 cm/¾” body – arms & armpits/legs/chest)
