We have partnered with a entertainment company that is seeking an AP Accounting Assistant. This position is located in Beverly Hills, CA. As the Accounts Payable Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, processing invoices for payment, maintaining accounts and improving payment process.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, eager, and willing to take initiative in this role! Our customer offers great benefits; 401K, Medical, Dental, and Vision (100% coverage), 10 days of PTO, 3 days of Paid Sick Leave, and major holidays are off and paid!
Responsibilities:
Process and monitor high volumes of invoices from receipt, through coding, approval, weekly check runs and payments
Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card charges
New vendor set up including obtaining required tax documentation
Tracking and managing external and internal communication on payment status
Set Up EFTs and wire transfers
Maintain electronic files and other support documentation
Assist with month end closing
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience
Entertainment industry strongly preferred
Microsoft Office experience
Knowledge of Sage and Intact preferred
ERP experienced required
Located in Beverly Hills, CA
