A nonprofit healthcare-based company in Watsonville, CA is seeking a Finance Manager to join its team. This position will be in charge of cash flow reporting, budgeting, modeling, revenue expenses and so much more. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads the financial and operational reporting functions of the company
• Responsible for weekly cash flow reporting
• Overseeing debt covenant tracking and reporting including monthly financial KPIs.
• Prepares ad-hoc analysis to facilitate executive decisions on profitability analysis of business lines, investment planning, key performance indicators, and financial analysis.
• Communicate recommendations to C- Suite executive
• Actively participates in process improvement projects with accounting and finance
• Assist with any system implementations for ERP.
• Liaise with the accounting, decision support, and technology departments to enhance efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 to 5 years o experience in financial management and FP&A
• Advanced project management, analytical skills, and communications skills
• Strong in Analysis, investigation, and ability to convey highly sophisticated technical financial information
• MBA
• Nonprofit industry is required
