Bothell Pediatric and Hand Therapy is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager/Financial Analyst and Payroll Specialist with a high efficiency in QuickBooks to join our team. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee all financial operational functions of BPHT. In your role as Revenue Cycle Manager, you will organize and unite all departmental budgets and report your findings in our directors’ meetings and to the owner Kimberly Alquist. As BPHT’s revenue Cycle Manager your job duties and roles will include Revenue Cycle Management, Accounting, General Ledger, Billing, Financial Analysis, Financial, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax Expertise, Forecasting and Projecting, Payroll Processing via our QuickBooks software and auditing. The Revenue Cycle Manager must be able to collaborate with all levels of the facility to ensure financial goals are achieved. The Revenue Cycle Manager will conduct a review of workflow process for new purchases, for property disposal, justification analysis, purchase authorizations and computation of any required return on investment or payback calculations. Maintain log of items requested and purchased against authorized budget plan.
The Revenue Cycle Manager will ensure all budgets and statements are precise and accurate, organizing meetings with the staff to ensure that everyone is on the same page, and keeping the Chief Financial Officer informed of all budgetary and financial matters pertaining to revenues and expenses. The Revenue Cycle Manager will also ensure that revenue cycle management and audits are timely and accurate.
