Our business is growing! Working alongside the Director of Finance, we are seeking a detailed and driven Finance Administrator to help take us to the next level. The ideal person for this role has formal financial education and/or experience, enjoys working with numbers and data, and highly detailed.

What you get to do
- Review and confirm deposits received from Customers via Finance Company
- Review and run Sales Commissions reports
- Pull data from CRM and enter Projects, Invoices and Deposits into QBO
- Work with Production team to ensure Jobs are processed efficiently and expeditiously
