Office/Finance Coordinator The Bonner County Daily Bee is hiring an Office/Finance Coordinator to manage internal and external customer questions, provide support to the group finance director, facilitate sales support and details, occasionally take on front desk duties, and offer general office oversight. You will also be asked to process sales orders, account modifications, and help streamline efficiencies. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain upbeat, organized, and accommodating to help keep our small (but mighty) office running smoothly. Office Coordinator Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer challenges. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Running daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Supports the team with specific tasks like: Measuring/ Verifying Products Schedule production for all special sections and projects Schedule and bill all inserts from national accounts Plan/ Dummy Daily Bee, Bonners Ferry, and special sections Coordinating consumer marketing promotions Coordinates house ads Coordinates & bills Job Printing Layout/ typesetting for promotion pages Enforcing established deadlines and other business office related policies Troubleshooting advertising errors and billing problems Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service and accounting processes. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Office Coordinator Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Great attitude, and a teamwork approach. Comfortable using computers. Specifically, MS Word, Excel, and the ability to learn internal systems. Experience working with customer and/or sales support.
