Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Training Engineering (GTE) is looking for two (2) Senior Systems Engineers with extensive Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience in Hazelwood, MO or Berkeley, MO. The senior systems engineers would establish the architecture and design for a new trainer being developed to support a new, proprietary platform. Position Responsibilities:
Develop the system architecture for the training systems
Develop the System Engineering Solution model using MBSE processes
Communicate and Integrate across the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) and Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
Be resourceful in developing solutions
Implement, demonstrate and articulate your vision to others
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
5+ years’ experience with all aspects of the SEIT product development lifecycle
3+ years’ of systems architecture experience
Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering principles and tools (eg Ops analysis, subsystem/sensor models, emulators, tools like AFSIM, Cameo, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in aircraft training systems
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (eg Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (eg PhD+4 years’ related work experience, Master+7 years’ related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range: $119,850 – 162,150
