Candidates: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a positive attitude and willing to work the hours needed. You must be self-motivated and able to multi-task.
Job Description:
Effectively present and sell financial products.
Consistently maintain an acceptable per copy average.
Provide excellent customer service.
Consistently maintain above minimum manufacturer customer satisfaction scores.
Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
All other customary finance position responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Able to work the required hours.
Team player.
Proven track record in Finance.
Proven track record in customer satisfaction scores.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Be efficient and compliant with paperwork and contracts.
Previous DealerTrack Experience a plus.
Be knowledgeable and have a background with lending institutions for contract negotiating and funding.
MUST have Previous Finance Experience selling financial products.
