In the Finance & Insurance Manager role, you will:
Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Ensure deals are structured to produce the highest profitability for the Dealership.
Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals to achieve a sale.
Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
Prepares and processes paperwork and contracts, as well as delivers deals.
Accurately audit team deals after each sale and analyze for areas of improvement.
Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to easily talk to anyone. Being able to multitask and having strong organizational and leadership skills is a must. It is also important that candidates have a deep understanding of dealership Finance & Insurance processes, procedures, and rules. Candidates must be able to work and have knowledge in all aspects of the sales process and our products. While we prefer candidates to possess a college degree, relevant experience will do!
Qualified candidates will possess:
3-5 years of dealership F&I experience (required)
Experience in maintaining the profitability of the F&I department while controlling expenses and sustaining customer satisfaction
Strong communication skills to positively work with customers, employees, and vendors
Thorough understanding of the rules and regulations governing dealership finance & insurance
Ability to command the respect of your peers and team to drive results
Strong understanding of what it takes to achieve high customer satisfaction at all times
Experience setting sales goals, tracking progress, and achieving goals
A deep understanding of the automobile industry and market audience
Experience using the DocuPad system is a plus
