Bob Penkhus is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager. We are in need of a self-motivated individual with the desire to be a top earner. We only are interested in EXPERIENCED, SEASONED F&I Managers. Our organization is known for long-term employees who grow with our company and strong pay plans. Candidates must have:

A proven track record in sales, the ability to drive sales, structure deals that are in compliance with lender guidelines and the dealership policies, resulting in an increase in sales.

Qualifications/Responsibilities: Self-starter and self-motivated. Great attitude and outstanding work ethic. Excellent organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage and lead people. Ability to work well in a process driven environment. Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

At least two (2) years automotive F&I management experience.

Stable career with previous employers.

Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player with effective communication skills.

Dealer Track, CUDL, F&I experience a plus! We are a CDK Dealer, experience with this system preferred by not mandatory.
