Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Finance Manger that will have full financial controllership for ReadyRefresh U.S. Zones and branch locations. Direct oversight of remote, centralized Finance Coordinators, responsible for Accounts Payable, Purchase Order (creation and management), and general administrative responsibilities. This position is HYBRID and will work out of our Stamford, CT company HQ.

Manage month-end Close process with team of Central Financial Coordinators, including accurate financial reporting, journal entries and detailed analysis of field-related G&A costs
Lead and own the annual budget and forecast processes by partnering with Operations to create bottoms-up budgets by Zone, with a very high level of detail for ReadyRefresh direct and controllable costs at the Branches
Monitor and direct general accounting processes for Accounts Payable, and General Ledger maintenance as it relates to the ReadyRefresh Zone environment. This includes direct oversight of the centralized Finance coordinators for accounts payable, and general administrative responsibilities for the branches
Oversee creation of centralized Purchase Orders for field operations and ensure spending within approved budgets and in compliance with BTB policies
Calculate, review and report on various monthly KPI’s which summarize Zone cost trends, along with recommendations to optimize spending. Provide a continuous process improvement mindset with results orientation
Partner with Accounting to establish a solid period-end closes for ReadyRefresh Finance, with respect to Purchase Orders, account reconciliations and contractual adjustment entries
Leadership skills and ability to influence with integrity are a must
Manage bandwidth / workload across the Team; coach and develop 9 FTE
Manage external vendor relations as needed for various projects
Be a confident, value-add Co-Pilot of the operational business with very strong inter-personal skills
Own education and training for operations regarding the cost structure and the key drivers guiding proper accounting and data- driven business decisions

Qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years of Accounting or Finance, Operations preferred
Leadership and change management experience required
Ability to Co-Pilot and partner with operational leaders to drive business results
Ability to work in a complex, changing environment, and lead a team is a must
Strong systems skills (i.e., Excel, Essbase, SAP, BI reporting)
Excellent Analytical ability required. Ability to analyze large data sets and handle high volume of transactional data
Strong executive presentation skills required
Minimal travel required (5%)>
