Bluehill Insurance Looking for Commercial Insurance Department Manager at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities

– Manage and motivate a team of account manager and Producers

• Develop and implement marketing strategies

– Find and develop relationships with new markets
– Evaluate current and prospective clients Risk profile and help propose insurance solutions
Respond to difficult client questions and requests to assist account managers
-Review and manage up coming renewals
-Assist with the placement of new Business
– Help train new account managers
– Maintain accurate records in the agency management System
– Manage Day to Day operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Florida Agency management: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• 2-20 FL Insurance License (Required)
