- Ability to be outside and on your feet for the entire day
- Hold and spin a sign and waving to attract the attention of cars driving by
- Be energetic, enthusiastic and lively to attract attention
- Check in with supervisor for any and all breaks
- Direct cars to new home development sales office
- Able to be outisde in any weather condition
