Payroll Specialist
Bluecoast Management is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Santa Ana, CA.
Who we are:
Bluecoast Management is head of operations for a chain of self-serve laundries in the Southern California area.
About the role:
The main office is in Santa Ana, California where you would work full time. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Our office has four full time employees. We are a small office. This position is ideal for someone that wants long term employment. You will perform payroll duties and communicate with all of the company employee’s. Payroll is performed through ADP Total Source and ADP RUN, so support will be available.
You must be bi-lingual speaking and writing (Spanish / English).
What you’ll do:
€ Process Payroll ADP Total Source & ADP RUN
€ Monitor Time Keeping
€ Maintain monthly employee schedules
€ Produce a paycheck memo bi-weekly with paychecks
€ Track and approve PTO & Vacation hours
€ Maintain employment records and other paperwork pertaining to employee relations
€ Assist supervisors and managers with employee performance reviews
€ Oversee employees are following procedure and employee manuals
€ Implementing new procedures and rules to employee manual
€ Correspond communication between office and employees
€ Ensure the company remains in compliance with policies, tax, regulations, and deductions laws.
€ Answer employee payroll questions
€ May be additional duties pertaining to employees not mentioned
What we offer:
€ $20-$25 per hour; commensurate with experience
€ 40 hours Paid Time Off every year after 90 Day Probation
