As part of a unique and highly skilled team, you’ll partner in the development of the annual budget, 5-Year strategic plan, and monthly forecasts. We are seeking an analytical, creative, and forward-thinking Senior Manager – Business Management to join our Finance team and will report into the Senior Director – Business Management. This position will drive strategic initiatives to improve the quality and timeliness of insights provided to business leadership. The individual should possess excellent financial acumen and strong oral, written and interpersonal skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this hands-on position, you will work to increase the speed, efficiency, and automation of our finance operations by supporting the timely delivery and transparency of data to support the company’s business decisions.

Responsibilities
Partner with manufacturing team leaders to prepare monthly forecasts, Annual Operating Plans, and multi-year strategic plans.
Highly skilled collaborator and influencer capable of interacting with multiple manufacturing business partners and stakeholders.
Manage monthly forecasts updates and hold manufacturing team leaders accountable to plan.
Lead metrics and financial performance reviews with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads
Lead program teams and compile estimate at completion (EACs) for capital reviews
Create cost control system to enable monitoring and cost management
Data mining across diverse data sets
Performs risk & opportunity analyses and provide potential solutions. Work with IPT Leads to develop recovery plans
Research, identify, and explain root cause of financial variances to budget and forecast.
Serve as the point of contact with back office functions to ensure month-end accruals and procurement activities are appropriate.
Provide guidance and mentor staff member as required to comply with stated deadlines and ensure appropriate actions are executed in relation to business function forecasts.
Solid understanding of underlying business processes and the impact of financial decisions.
Strong knowledge of financial statements and generally accepted accounting principles.
Experience in helping teams meet financial targets and deliver results.
Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or other highly analytical field.
10+ years of financial and business analytics experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
5+ years management experience
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Experience with Planful, Costpoint
