BCBSNE is happy to offer four work designations for our Omaha area employees: 100% in-office, Hybrid – 3 days in office, Hybrid – 2 days in office, 100% remote. If choosing to work remote, this role can be located in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
This position is responsible for leading and monitoring the billing/paid claims data and related source systems that feed the Finance Operational System (FOS) database. This position will analyze system controls and processes to assure transactions are being processed accurately and timely, as well as review peer members’ work. This position will provide business requirements and coordinate with IT technical teams on new builds and/or enhancements. In addition, this role will create adhoc operational reports using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder.
