POSITION TITLE: General Manager
POSITION DUTIES: General Manager sets and implements overall policies and procedures of the company. The GM plans, directs and coordinates all operations of the organization. GM formulates policies, manages daily operation, and plans the use of materials and human resources. Drafts, implements, and executes budget and financial reporting. Incorporates corporate policies and procedures of the company in business units’ operations, including the integration of objectives and ideas for organizational growth. Responsible for motivating, training, and mentoring staff. Responsible for daily support of SAP Business One to colleagues to ensure proper flow of IT processes and data. Coordinates with the management team. Builds and cultivates relationships with new and exciting retailers to grow the busines sales. Builds and cultivates relationships with new and exciting suppliers, to find opportunities to lower overall expenses. Performs market research and follows market trends in the agricultural sector to make proposals for investments for production improvements and to identify new opportunities in assigned region. Acts as the local ambassador of Bloomia and public relations officer towards local municipalities etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance as minimum. Best candidates will have a minimum of 48 months experience in management with knowledge of SAP Business One, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
