Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist position is responsible for all the transactions related to the payment of invoices. They will also be required to assist and be a backup for any Accounts Receivable functions, such as applying cash and sending invoices to Customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive and verify all invoices for appropriate approval.
Enter invoices into the company’s ERP system.
Three way match for invoices with purchase orders and evidence of receipt of goods or services.
Process Debit memos.
Responsible for weekly check run process, including ACHs and Wires.
Interact with and resolve issues with internal and external customers.
