The company’s flagship product, the Digital Currency Management System (DCMS), leverages blockchain-based innovation to introduce the benefits of the most efficient financial ecosystem to date.
Bitt provides its DCMS product to central banks, commercial banks and credit unions, merchants and consumers, to equip every ecosystem participant with the digital currency components necessary to participate in fully digital transactions for the post-COVID-19 economy.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Drive and support the annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles within the company, and with department budget owners; integrate with historical actual information from the accounting team for ongoing forecast purposes
Maintain the forecast document that includes not only Profit and Loss but also cash flow forecast, capital budgets and treasury planning
Coordinate with Project Controllers on major contracts to ensure accurate revenue modeling and scenario analysis
Track the achievement of budgeted project numbers with the actuals by developing a customized framework
Support proposal process on potential client bids
Help develop company metrics to measure and report performance for budget owners, Management and the Board of Directors
Support fundraising efforts as needed
Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and financial reporting
Manage and coordinate budget vs actual reports and related analysis
Calculating and supporting company’s quarterly/annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
Developing and maintaining recurring management reporting packages and summarizing key trends and relevant analysis
Analyze company performance against core KPIs and identify areas of potential risk or improvements
Assist with related special projects and other duties as needed

Education, experience, skills and behaviors:
Must-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
5-10 years’ experience in a financial management function with financial planning and analysis experience/understanding
Ability to build a complete analysis of a potential business opportunity from scratch
The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while working with tight deadlines
Ability to produce high quality metrics and reporting with speed and accuracy
Possess critical thinking skills and possess an inquisitive nature that results in asking questions, seeking to understand relationships, and finding answers
Strong interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues and clients to meet business requests
Advanced Excel knowledge and comfortable working with complex spreadsheets and detailed formulas
Ability to independently manage projects by speaking with stakeholders, with minimal guidance
Ability to work in a remote setting
Ability to work directly with the C-suite executives and senior management
Detail oriented and strives to achieve accuracy in reporting while still able to grasp the big picture
Nice to have:
Strong aptitude for multi-dimensional financial reporting databases
Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
A Masters of Business Administration or relevant experience
