The President is responsible for the business activities and strategic direction of Ena Holding, LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Ena”), specifically, developing a business plan to execute growth strategies and direct oversight of Ena’s commercial real estate (CRE) portfolio, sales, acquisitions and investments, financial and budget processes, general administration, risk management, and business operations. This position reports to the Calista Corporation (“Calista”) President/CEO and is accountable for meeting Calista Board-approved goals and objectives such as corporate growth, business development, and financial benchmarks. Additionally, this position is responsible for successfully aligning Ena’s corporate goals to Calista’s strategic initiatives.
