Our SelectLeaders’ client is seeking a dedicated Account Executive with a background working with affordable housing owners and operators to drive business for their water purification platform and technology. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a deep understanding of the affordable housing sector, who is eager to build relationships and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the affordable housing market, including housing developers, property management companies, government agencies.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches and identify emerging opportunities.
• Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our solutions in the affordable housing context.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer service) to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the affordable housing sector, real estate, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and established connections within the affordable housing sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
