Essential Job Functions: Identify appropriate data for reporting and analysis Monitor software tools for accuracy for timely updates Ensures data consistency and helps monitor integrity of data in construction reporting Secondary contact for asset management for construction reporting Ensures a consistent, professional flow of communication between corporate, regional, contractors, and project staff Monitor the progress of the renovation schedule for timely completion. Highlight and bring to the attention of the Regional Construction Manager any scheduling concerns or exceptions. . Schedule project update calls as needed, ensuring all appropriate parties are informed of timeline or budget concerns or exceptions. Manage the gathering of pertinent information to interpret and perform trend analysis on project Analyze active and prior projects to improve spend and enhance reporting and overall profitability of the business Source and validate appropriate data to aid in the value engineering of projects to reduce project timeline and/ or reduce expenses when possible Assist on collection, cleaning and analysis of data Documents frequently asked questions on Business Analytics platforms Tracks issues and enhancements for existing platforms in project management software Supports the BPS department with maintaining data structure, collecting and entering data and maintaining data Minimum Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, mathematics, business management or comparable work history Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom and Outlook Strong analysis and reporting skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers Desired Qualifications/Skills: Knowledge of property management operational programs and services Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs. .
