As the Plant Manager, you are responsible for the performance of all B & G Materials’ operations, but you are expected to delegate the essential finctions and focus on leadership and training. You will be expected to indentify top talent and invest in the next generation to develop better skill sets and better character. You will be responsible for cost saving planning and other high- level strategy to maximize operational efficiency and profit. Base salary commensurate with experience. Monthly production bonus, transportation, and health insurance. B&G’s office is located on site at the quarry in Pettus, Texas.

Pay: $71,229.70 – $158,268.33 per year
