We love what we do, and we have fun doing it.About the RoleBeyond Finance is looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Finance Team in the Houston office. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting multiple business units, can manage high-level negotiations with Suppliers, thrives in a demanding environment and is excited to be a part of a growing company.What You will Do

• Commercial Manager responsibilities include negotiating agreements with Suppliers, managing internal procurement activities including procedures and system development, support facilities department operations, IT equipment sourcing and marketing services contracting.
• Point person for commercial contract management, compliance, and execution of procurement and facility requirements for equipment, software, travel, and services.
• Facilitate services for all business organizations including specification development, ordering, receiving and payment validations.
• Lead for procedure development, system implementation and process compliance for purchasing, travel, and facility functions.
• Represent Procurement, Facilities and Travel Department in developing and supporting service level agreements with internal company organizations.
• Manage personnel to accomplish corporate and department objectives to reduce expenditures, increase service levels and establish best-in-class business operations.

What We Look ForCommercial management experience, particularly in a mid-size, entrepreneurial environment with multiple organizations and business entities. Both procurement and facilities management experience responsible for commercial negotiations, internal acquisitions, and personnel in support of a dynamic, growth-oriented business. Initiative-taking and self-starter who can multi-task and perform under pressure to execute deliverables for management and customers on a consistent, timely and high-quality basis.

• Business bachelor’s degree required with 5-7 years related experience in commercial role
• Managerial experience in fast paced, high growth environment
• Experience with procurement systems, contract terms and conditions, high-level negotiation skills, ERP system development and process improvement programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organization skills
