· Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
· Communicate daily with owners on bank balance, A/P and A/R.
· Oversee and work with onsite bookkeeper for daily invoicing and collections.
· Maintain Accounts Payables
· Maintain Vendor W9 records and issue yearly 1099s
· Wire and ACH Transfers as needed
· Bank Statement and Credit Card Reconciliation
· Cash Flow Management
· Journal and Data Entry
· Maintain and Manage Chart of Accounts
· Sales Tax Payable experience in several states.
· Year-end tax prep with Accountant
· Payroll Experience with ADP and Record Management
· Maintain documents in One Drive
· In-depth understanding of QuickBooks Online
· Microsoft Office Products
· Ability to learn new software CRM. Experience with Maghub a plus.
· Candidates must be able to clearly communicate via email, text, etc. in a timely, professional fashion.
· Some after-hours communications necessary.
· Flexible schedule.
· Background check required.
