Role Summary:
Responsible for delivering consolidated management reporting, financial analysis, and business insights to the leadership team. The position facilitates the end-to-end business and financial planning process responsible for driving deeper insights and support into financial, operational and workforce related performance and decisions. The successful candidate will implement and drive the core financial processes for the business including Annual Operating Plans, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, identify and quantify financial/operational risks and opportunities to the business, and drive ad-hoc business projects. This role requires a self-starter with a strong financial modeling background, problem solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations, and solid skills in people management and thought leadership.
