Bernardi Auto Group is looking to hire a Finance Managerin the Framingham/ Natick area. RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining department profit, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Contracts in Transit (CIT), Regulatory and Legal Compliance and production standards.
Effectively perform responsibilities while being sensitive to customer needs so as to consistently earn above-average customer satisfaction scores.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of all finance products to ensure you can thoroughly educate dealership customers.
Provide options for vehicle financing, extended service contracts, and other after sale items to customers.
Process finance and lease paperwork with perfection and attention to detail.
Be aware of and conform to dealership policies as well as state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to automotive financing.
Continually improve the workflow of all finance processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Dealership F&I or Management experience
Be passionate about delivering a level of customer service that regularly exceeds customer expectations.
Excellent communication & time management skills.
Be highly organized.
Possess the stamina to forge ahead in a fast-paced environment
